Terms of Service for Claravelia

Welcome to Claravelia. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Services

Claravelia offers custom creative writing services, digital info products, and physical merchandise related to literature and books.

2. Orders and Payment

All charges are due at the time of purchase. Claravelia processes transactions securely. By providing payment details, you authorize Claravelia to collect applicable fees.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Creative Writing Services

If delivered work fails to match agreed specifications, you may request a refund within 7 days of final delivery. To do so, contact our team. We will reimburse via the original payment method or issue a credit toward future services. You may also opt to reschedule at no extra fee if scheduling conflicts arise. Projects that have passed the draft review stage are not eligible for reimbursement due to the bespoke nature of the work and resource allocation.

3.2 Digital Info Products

Digital downloads such as e-books and guides are eligible for a refund request within 14 days of purchase if files are defective or inaccessible. Contact us with details for review. Approved reimbursements will be issued to the original method of payment. Alternatively, you may exchange a product for another available title up to two times.

3.3 Physical Merchandise

Physical items may be sent back within 21 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. Please contact our support team for shipping back instructions before sending. Once received, we will issue a reimbursement via the original method of payment or provide a replacement item. Shipping back costs are the responsibility of the sender unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

4. No-Refund Services

Projects accepted in final form are not eligible for reimbursement given their individualized nature. Claravelia encourages review and feedback during draft stages to ensure satisfaction with the final deliverable.

5. Changes to Terms

Claravelia may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.
